You can drop of your console directly to our premises, or deliver it by post.
The only cost incurred will be due to any postage fees required to return your item through parcel delivery.
We will notify you by email, phone or any preferred communication, and present you with the cost for repair. Should you decide the work is to commence, we will notify you once the unit is fixed. Pick up or delivery will then be agreed upon and initiated.
If however you do not wish the work to be undertaken, the unit will be returned.

We will contact you by phone / email when your console is received.

We will repair previously modified consoles.
We can arrange collection of your console. There is a charge for this Service.
We offer a free inspection.
If it is repairable, we will initiate the repair as suited. Our prices are set prices and in the unlikely event that there are multiple problems with your console, you will be contacted first.
We aim towards to a 7 day turnaround time, returning your console within a week whenever possible.
We accept cheque (Cleared Funds), bank transfer and PayPal. Payment is not required until after the repair, but before return shipping.
We do provide moding services to xbox 360, Wii, and PS3

Please be aware that during the course of repair it is possible that the symptoms may worsen whilst investigating the fault. If the console cannot be repaired, we accept no responsibility for this eventuality.
During the course of repair, it may be necessary to clear data stored in your console's memory. Please ensure data is backed up prior to sending your console in to us, as we cannot guarantee data will be retained.
You do not have to pay for the repair in advance. We will contact you after we have repaired the console, to take payment, and arrange dispatch.
