At Lawson Computer Repair, we offer water-cooling systems; This is an ideal solution for over clocking, power hungry CPUs such as the Pentium 4 Prescott and Athlon FX series of chips. This will result in low temperatures and decreased levels of noise, unlike that of an air cooling solution. Where there is use of older CPUs, the result will not yield huge performance increases.
The real advantage to water-cooling is its ability to handle much greater CPU wattages than any air cooler is capable of. It is also not affected by high case temperatures. However a water cooler will not produce lower CPU temperatures than an air cooler, if only used with an entry level CPU. When using a high end or heavily over clocked CPU which puts out a lot of heat, even a small DIY water cooling system will keep the CPU temperature reasonably low.

A full report will then be issued to the customer, with the detailed diagnosis. This will include recommended repair procedures. Should we require ordering a new part from our suppliers, 2 – 3 days delivery is often the case.
